How to proceed if the owner of the house changes
(for ex. house purchase)?
- Both customers (new and original) have to provide the water meter reading at the time of purchase (for ex. by a completion certificate, signed by both).
- The new customer will contact customer service (other contacts), and submit the completion certificate and the following documents:
• Extract from real estate cadastre (if available) or contract of purchase with the proposal for entry into the cadastre or any other document that proves the ownership of the property
• For companies and firms extract from the Register of Companies or trade certificate - The new owner will then sign new customer card and contract for water supply and sewerage services.
How to proceed in case of new customer (for ex. new house)?
- Contact the relevant operatinons center (other contacts), where you will have to fill in new water meter application form and submit the following documents:
• Extract from real estate cadastre (if available) or contract of purchase with the proposal for entry into the cadastre or any other document that proves the ownership of the building
• For companies and firms extract from the Register of Companies or trade certificate - After the water meter is fitted in your house, you will sign a new customer card, which is a component of the contract.
- On the basis of this customer card we will send you by post the contract for water supply and sewerage services. Please sign the contract and send it back to the mentioned address or deliver it to the customer service Without the contract signed by both, Vodakva and customer, the use of water supply and sewerage services is unauthorized.
Don’t forget to tell us (other contacts) about any change of house ownership, name of the customer or payer (for ex. if you are moving or selling house).
