Contract

 Vodakva signs with every customer a contract for water supply and sewerage services. Customer means the owner of the land or building connected to the public water and sewerage network, unless the contract provides otherwise, then in statutory cases a public authority or association of flat owners. In exceptional cases a third party payer can be contracted (a lease for ex.), nevertheless the customer (the owner of house) will have to carry out contractual obligations.

Contract components include a customer card and commercial conditions of water supply and sewerage services. The customer card contains data about the owner (customer), eventually the payer, and about the water meter if installed. The commercial conditions define conditions for water supply and sewerage service between contractors. Conditions of liability for defects of supplied water and claims are specified by rules for making claims.

The contract is a prerequisite for water supply and sewerage services. Without this contract signed by both, Vodakva and customer, the use of water supply and sewerage services is unauthorized. In case of an unauthorized use the water supply and sewerage services may be cut off.
